1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the bn8880 website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3 Account Registration

To place bets or play casino games on bn8880, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bn8880 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface designs, text, software, game content, trademarks, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bn8880 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bn8880, except as strictly necessary for your personal use of the Platform as contemplated by these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn8880, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any loss or damage arising from technical failures, server downtime, data transmission errors, or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond our reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform, whether or not attributable to decisions made in reliance on information provided by bn8880.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bn8880's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12 Privacy & Data

14 Termination

bn8880 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if:

• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You are identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose bn8880 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation may be returned to you via your registered payment method, at bn8880's discretion. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
